This charming star set gypsy ring dates back to the Victorian era and is crafted in a luxurious 18ct yellow gold. The ring has an elongated 'boat shape' profile, as it's widest point is at the centre and it then tapers off to the sides.
The central old cut diamond is star set right in the centre and is flanked either side with 3 diamonds glittering in a diagonal grain setting. There is even hand carved scrolling patterns on the shoulders of the ring adding further detail and delight.
The stamps within the ring are still visibly clear, hallmarking it from Birmingham, England C.1886
This ring is in excellent ORIGINAL condition, and measures as finger size P ½ however it can be resized to fit.
